How does “Buy Online, Pick Up In Store” work?

After placing your order online, select the Pick Up In Store option at checkout.
Once your items are ready, you'll receive an email or text notification.
Just bring your confirmation and pick up your order — no shipping fees, no waiting for delivery.

When will my order be ready for pickup?

Most pickup orders are ready within 24–48 hours , depending on product availability and store traffic.
You'll receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification as soon as your items are prepared.
Please wait for this message before coming to the location.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

Customers must bring:


  • A valid ID

  • The order confirmation email or number

  • The credit/debit card used for the purchase (sometimes required for verification)

This helps us ensure safe and accurate handoff of your items.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes — you can choose an authorized pickup person at checkout or email us after placing your order.

They must bring:

  • Their own ID
  • Your order confirmation

    For security reasons, we cannot release orders without proper verification.

How long will my order be held in the store?

We'll hold your order for 7 days after it becomes ready for pickup.
If you cannot pick it up within that time, please contact us to arrange an extension.
Unclaimed orders may be automatically canceled and refunded
